A few ES(G) investment thoughts

Possibly the biggest trend in investing today is the shift towards ES investing. No, that’s not a typo. It is the E (Environmental) and S (Social) factors of ESG investing that are experiencing the greatest focus at present, as humankind faces the existential threat of climate change (E), and social issues (racism, sexism, corporate culture, etc) are getting the attention they deserve - because, let’s face it, there is some bad behaviour that has persisted for far too long and needs to change. We’ll come back to G (Governance) a little later.
